Isolation: over the water blocking tape (for cables without the general screen), over the general screen (for cables with the general screen) cables with wire armor zone isolation from plastic compound PVC, for execution cables ng (And) - LS and ng (A)-FRLS - from PVC of plastic compound of the lowered fire danger with a low gazo-and smoke emission is imposed. For a cable of a climatic modification of HL1 of PVC plastic compound has to be frost-resistant.

Armor: over zone isolation of armor cables the armor from steel zinced a provolok with a nominal diameter of 0,3 mm is imposed. Density of imposing of wire armor not less than 60%.

Technical characteristics

The electric resistance of isolation of cables counted for 1 km of length and temperature of 20 °C has to be not less than 10 megohms, at a temperature of 70 °C - not less than 0,1 megohms.

Cables have to be resistant to a bend.

The protective hose of cables has to be tight.

Cables are steady against influence of the increased ambient temperature plus 70 °C.

Cables are steady against influence of the lowered ambient temperature: executions of UHL1-minus 50 °C, executions of HL1-minus 60 °C in the conditions of the fixed installation and minus 15 °C in the conditions of assembly bends.

Cables are steady against change of ambient temperature: from minus 40 °C to plus 70 °C for execution of UHL1 and from minus 60 °C to plus 70 °C for execution of HL1.

Cables have to be resistant to long influence of relative humidity of air: to 93% at ambient temperature to plus 35 °C.

Cables have to be steady against longitudinal distribution of water.

Average service life of cables has to make not less than 15 years.

The average service life established by these specifications is provided on condition of observance of rules of storage, transportation, installation and operation.

Cables have to be reeled up on drums or in bays.

Cables should not extend burning at single laying.

Execution cables ng (And), ng (A)-LS, ng (A)-FRLS should not extend burning when laying in bunches.
